Institute of Pioneer Semiconductor Innovation
The institute integrates the outstanding faculty of research in the field of semiconductors and electronics from NYCU, and establishes three research technology groups:
- Semiconductor Group: Semiconductor Material, Device, and Process: Backgrounds from STEM related areas.
- ICS & EDA Group: Integrated Circuits & Systems and Electronic Design Automation: Backgrounds from STEM related areas.

Institute of Artificial Intelligence Innovation integrates the outstanding research faculty of NYCU in the fields of science, intelligence and information and communication, and establishes three research technology groups:
- Group A: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computing and Application
- Group B: Group Information Security and Information Engineering
- Group C: Broadband Communication and Internet of Things
