• Fabrication of high-mobility channel devices, development of stacked CMOS device integration technology, development of oxide semiconductor integration technology, device reliability analysis;
• Novel microelectronic and nano-electronic devices, semiconductor physics theory, probability calculation devices and applications;
• Advanced two-dimensional materials and transistor devices, biosensors and chips, memory devices, wafer heterogeneous integration technology, nano-triboelectric technology.

 

Area B-Chip Design and Automation Group
(Abbreviated as: Chip Group)

• Electronic design automation, Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) for EDA
• RF integrated circuit design, RF front-end subsystem integration, RF reliability analysis of semiconductor components

 

Features of the joint-employment faculty: The core team comprises over fifty distinguished faculty members from the university's School of Electrical Engineering, International Semiconductor Industry Institute, School of Engineering, School of Science, School of Computer Science and Information Technology, and School of Smart Science and Green Energy, including several internationally renowned scholars, chair professors, distinguished professors, and IEEE Fellows. It is also planned to jointly appoint senior industry executives to the faculty to share the latest industry technology developments.
